Relay returns decision proof; your application decides what to execute

Relay does not send messages, move money, or operate third-party systems

Sandbox and controlled private access remain authenticated and revocable

Use receipt, trace, transaction, and Registry refs for support

Send Action Cards, validate structure, receive Decision Receipts, inspect safe trace refs, and check Registry standing for governed agent workflows.

Tokens and OAuth access are issued for sandbox or controlled review use, may be rotated or revoked, and must not be shared publicly.

Report product or security concerns with safe references only. Do not include private payloads, token values, passwords, or secret keys.
